Introduction to delegation

Delegation is a key skill that successful managers and supervisors use well.  It is not something that comes naturally to everyone. Especially if you are used to having to deliver tasks and projects yourself.

  • The different techniques of delegation and when to use them
  • How to avoid inappropriate delegation to you
