We regularly review the training needs of our staff including my own and we recognised that the senior management team would benefit from a Managing Teams course. In part this was highlighted by the need to manage staff in a very different way whilst the organisation worked from home during covid and lockdown. Sport4life and Kidney Research UK valued the ability to adapt a course to emphasise specific training requirements for their organisation’s specific needs. The Lisieux Trust based in Erdington wanted a training programme that was flexible for different managers.

Essential Trading (a worker’s cooperative) in Bristol wanted help with project management but had no additional time to dedicate to a course. As a solution a basic workshop was tagged onto their management committee meetings with Skype and phone call follow ups.
