Previous work includes: 9 months as Interim Operations Manager in a Solihull-based charity where he managed all the managers and developed the strategic plan for the organisation. 18 months as an interim CEO of a South Birmingham based charity where he led the financial turnaround of the organisation, developed a new strategic plan and supported the recruitment of a new CEO. 3 months interim CEO while the trustees recruited a new CEO for a Warwickshire based charity. |
