They will need a high degree of resilience to cope with and overcome the "slings and arrows" of daily business life. The good news is that resilience involves specific skills and behaviours which can be improved in anyone. This full day training course and follow up individual session will help you understand and develop professional resilience. Through a participative approach you will learn to assess your current level of resilience and how to develop it further using techniques borrowed from emotional intelligence, motivation, mindfulness and successful change management. The second part of the course will look at how you use these skills to help your organisation and in particular the staff and volunteers you line manage to foster a culture of physical and mental well-being.
