virtual coaching (online coaching)

There is an inevitability about the COVID 19 virus.  It will impact on you, your family, your colleagues and your work and it's a personal choice about how we deal with this enforced change to our lives. For those focused on mitigating the effects of this situation looking towards the digital world is a great option. Virtual working is definitely an option to help organisations continue as best they can.

making a positive choice

A recent briefing that Brian Carr, CEO of B.V.S.C., attended suggested that in the next two or three weeks 20% of an organisation’s staff will be off work. In fact, organisations should plan for 50% of the workforce needing time off during the full course of the UK phase of the disease (over the next 4-6 weeks). The statistics for volunteers will probably be worse.

If you are now working from home and providing leadership remotely you may use this opportunity to reflect on your work situation and focus your thinking about the future. Or you may be looking for some coaching support to help you lead your teams through this challenging time.

your virtual coach

Everyone has a choice. For those ready to take the "every cloud has a silver lining" approach this offer may be of interest. For the next few months I'm offering third sector middle and senior managers the chance to have two virtual coaching sessions via Skype or phone at a reduced fee. These two sessions are normally £250.00 but I offer them to you for £90.00 per session.

I have been able to help people with their problems and achieve their potential through coaching. You can read some comments on the right of this page. This could turn the “lost” weeks of social distancing and homeworking into the platform to boost you and your organisation’s performance.

Neerja Jain Project Manager Kidney Research
"Rob is everything a great coach needs to be - organised, process oriented, knowledgeable, experienced and most of all - wants you to succeed. There's no doubt I've improved personally and professionally from Rob's coaching and I have no hesitation in recommending him."
Tom Clarke-Forrest, CEO and Co-founder Sport 4 Life
“Rob has a fantastic warmth to him and is an extremely good listener. His advice is excellent, and he has a great ability to make me look at other routes to obstacles and rein in my trail of thought when needed. Highly recommended!”
Emma Rhymes CRS officer, Coventry University
