Excellent Customer Care
This course covers all the basic importance of excellent customer care for charity and third sector volunteers and front line staff. It provides a number of approaches to improve on current performance and manage difficult situations.
The training has been developed with care staff, community volunteers, theatre based volunteers and domestic staff at a residential college.
This interactive workshop takes 2.5 hours and is delivered at your venue. There is a special price for registered charities of £40.00 per person per subject.
