Effective Meeting Skills

What will I get out of it?
You will learn what makes a good meeting, what can go wrong in meetings, and techniques to make them more effective for everyone involved. You will get the chance to practice Chairing skills and getting constructive feedback.

What people say about this workshop
“A very refreshing course which flashed by and was sadly over before I knew it! It was great to be engaged in a course which was immersive in style and with each section modelling good practice and stimulating reflection. I feel a lot more confident now that I have some new understanding and tools to deal with my chairing frustrations and lead better, more effective meetings.” Tim Turner
